Mobile EV Chargers

A battery, a DC charger and wheels. Park it where the vehicles are and charge at full power from a supply that could never support that power directly - or from no supply at all.

Model Battery DC output Guns Weight
X7560 75 kWh 60 kW 1 920 kg
X10090 100 kWh 90 kW 1 about 1200 kg
X140120 140 kWh 120 kW 1 —
X200120 200 kWh 120 kW 2 plus onboard AC —
X416240 416 kWh 240 kW 2 about 4700 kg

All five: 200-1000 V DC, 6000+ cycles at 80% DOD, IP54, -10 to 60 ℃, OCPP 1.6J, 7 m cable, GB/T / CCS1 / CCS2 / CHAdeMO, 7 or 10-inch touch screen.

What They Are For

  • Roadside rescue

Reach a stranded EV with no charging point nearby.

  • Pop-up and event charging

    A weekend, a festival, a temporary depot.

  • Fleet reserve

Move capacity between depots instead of building twice.

  • Construction and field sites

Power tools by day, vehicles by night - the X200120 has onboard AC output.

How Many Vehicles Per Charge?

A 75 kWh unit at 60 kW gives roughly one full charge of a 60 kWh vehicle plus reserve. The 416 kWh X416240 covers about six such vehicles before it needs a mains recharge at 80 kW AC or a DC recharge from another charger.

Recharging the Charger

AC: 20 kW three-phase on the X10090 and Y10090, 80 kW on the X416240. DC: from any compatible DC charger. Overnight on a 20 kW supply is enough for daily duty.

Common Questions

What is a mobile EV charger?

A mobile EV charger is a battery pack, a DC charger and a wheeled chassis in one unit, so it can charge a vehicle at full DC power without a grid connection at the charging point. SiRay mobile chargers carry 75 to 416 kWh of LiFePO4 and deliver 60 to 240 kW DC at 200-1000 V through GB/T, CCS1, CCS2 or CHAdeMO connectors.

How many vehicles can a mobile EV charger charge before it needs recharging?

A SiRay X7560 with 75 kWh can deliver roughly one full charge to a 60 kWh vehicle plus reserve. The X416240 with 416 kWh can deliver about six such charges. The X416240 recharges at 80 kW on three-phase AC or from any compatible DC charger; the X10090 recharges at 20 kW on three-phase AC.

Does a mobile EV charger need a grid connection?

No. The battery inside the unit supplies the DC power, so the charging point needs no grid supply and no transformer. Ground preparation at the charging point depends on the site and the mounting. The unit itself recharges later from a standard three-phase AC supply or from another DC charger. The exception is the G2V-30160, a portable DC charger with no battery that requires a three-phase grid input.

What is the difference between the X200120 and the X416240?

The X200120 carries 200 kWh and delivers 120 kW across twin DC guns plus onboard AC output, so it can charge two vehicles at once, or one vehicle and site equipment at the same time. The X416240 carries 416 kWh and delivers 240 kW across twin guns with no AC output, and is built as fleet-scale reserve capacity that moves between depots.
