SiRay Energy

EV Charging Equipment

Chargers that do not wait for the utility. Every SiRay unit except the G2V-30160 carries its own battery, so it charges a vehicle at full DC power from a supply that could never support that power directly.

The Ranges

Mobile EV Chargers - 60 to 240 kW (5 models)

75 to 416 kWh on board, towed or driven to wherever the vehicles are. Mobile EV Chargers

Ground-Mounted Storage Chargers - 120 kW (2 models)

A permanent point on a slab, recharged slowly from a 40 kW supply. Ground-Mounted EV Chargers

EV Charging Robot That Drives to the Car

The Y10090 carries 100 kWh and 90 kW DC on a self-driving chassis. One robot covers many bays, so a parking bay needs no charger and no cable of its own - the robot brings both. It moves at 1 to 15 km/h with a 2.5 m turning radius and parks on a 25% slope.

Containerized EV Charger in a 20-Foot Box

The T1000480 puts 1 MWh of battery and 480 kW across four DC guns inside a 20-ft container. It is the answer when a site moves many vehicles a day and the grid cannot support 480 kW on its own. Recharging at 240 kW AC returns a full 1 MWh in roughly four hours.

Portable DC Charger Without a Battery

The G2V-30160 is the one SiRay charger with no battery. At 120 kg it rolls into place by hand and puts a selectable 30, 60 or 90 kW of DC wherever there is already a three-phase supply - a workshop bay, a depot corner, a temporary site.

Battery-Buffered vs Grid-Direct

With battery on board Grid-direct, no battery
Supply needed at the charging point None Three-phase at full charger power
Grid upgrade Not required Usually required
Weight 920 kg to 4.7 t 120 kg
Moves by hand No Yes
Best for Roadside, events, weak grids, sites with no supply Workshops and depots with spare capacity

Connectors and Protocols

Every SiRay DC charger offers GB/T, CCS1, CCS2 or CHAdeMO on a 5 or 7 m cable, and speaks OCPP 1.6J. The EV208-120 and T1000480 add RFID and card payment.

Common Questions

What is a mobile EV charger?

A mobile EV charger is a battery pack, a DC charger and a wheeled chassis in one unit, so it can charge a vehicle at full DC power without a grid connection at the charging point. SiRay mobile chargers carry 75 to 416 kWh of LiFePO4 and deliver 60 to 240 kW DC at 200-1000 V through GB/T, CCS1, CCS2 or CHAdeMO connectors.

How does the SiRay charging robot work?

The Y10090 is a 100 kWh, 90 kW DC charger on a self-driving rear-wheel-drive chassis with a 3 kW drive motor. It moves at 1 to 15 km/h with a 2.5 m minimum turning radius, climbs a 20% grade at full load, parks on a 25% slope and holds position with an electronic parking brake. It drives to the parked vehicle instead of the vehicle driving to the charger.

What connectors do SiRay EV chargers support?

Every SiRay DC charger supports GB/T, CCS1, CCS2 or CHAdeMO, selected at order, with a 5 m cable on the Y10090 robot and 7 m on the others. All units output 200-1000 V DC and speak OCPP 1.6J. The EV208-120 additionally supports RFID, VPOS and bank card payment.
